Cleanup of Matkon

A time consuming task that frequently was not worth the effort. How do you identify outdated items, unused departments?

We have developed a series of reports, data extracts and procedures that make it possible to clean up Matkon in a reasonable time frame and at a reasonable cost. Each site is unique, but each site also builds on a significant amount of common experience.

We will work with you to define the parameters of the clean up - Items that were not ordered in 3 years, or locations that have not used the item, or whatever parameters you specify.
